We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and ensuring your complete satisfaction. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your wig before making any alterations, such as cutting the lace. 

Please note that immediate discounts are not available for post-purchase issues; however, we offer a full refund for unaltered units in line with our return policy.
