To find the right wig size, measure your head using a soft tape measure—head circumference, front-to-nape, and ear-to-ear. Medium is the most commonly worn size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, it is often best to choose the larger one. Also, keep your head shape and natural hair thickness in mind.

At Iron Butterfly Wigs, we like to keep things simple. Wig length is measured from the top center of the head (often along the middle parting line) down to the very ends of the hair. For curly and wavy textures, we measure the length as the hair naturally falls with the curl—we never stretch the strands straight.”
