Iron Butterfly Wigs applies payment processing fees in order to maintain fair and transparent product pricing for all customers, rather than building these costs into our price.
These fees are calculated at checkout as a percentage of the total, along with shipping costs.
Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable, as they are retained by the payment service provider.
For clients who prefer to avoid or lower payment processing fees, alternative payment methods are available upon request. Please contact IBW at 214-356-8188 for more info.
Iron Butterfly Wigs does not charge restocking fees and does not profit from payment processing or shipping charges.
Orders Outside the Continental U.S.
Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, fees or taxes charged by local authorities.
