To My Lovely Clients,

To help keep everyone in the loop, I’ve put together a Virtual Line below so you can see the progress of each customized wig currently in production.

This Virtual Line lists every client receiving a custom service and shows which stage of production your wig is in. It’s an easy way to keep an eye on things and get a general idea of where your piece sits in the overall workflow.

Each wig moves through several stages, and I work through them carefully so every piece gets the time and attention it deserves. Some stages may move a little faster than others, and sometimes things shift around a bit—but rest assured every wig gets its turn and plenty of care along the way.

You may also see notes beside a name from time to time. These are just little updates or helpful details about that specific order.

For privacy, the Virtual Line shows first name and last initial by default. If you’d rather keep things a bit more low-key, you’re welcome to have your wig listed by its serial number instead.

The whole idea of the Virtual Line is simple: to keep things open, easy to follow, and a little more fun while you wait. You get a front-row seat to watch your custom piece make its way through the process.
