We don’t charge a restocking fee for returns because your satisfaction is our top priority.

Shipping & Processing: The shipping & Processing fee is non-refundable and covers not only shipping and delivery cost to the Contiguous United States but also 3% payment processing fee associated with your transaction.

- Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive email or text message notifications regarding your tracking number and order information.
- ·Your item will be shipped USPS or UPS using standard shipping with delivery times ranging from 1-7 days.
- Iron Butterfly Wigs is not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier.
- Iron Butterfly Wigs is not responsible for the item once it has been delivered.

At Iron Butterfly Wigs, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out—and that’s okay! We offer a 3-business-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

- Customer is responsible for shipping the item back.
- To start a return, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order by calling or texting us at 214-356-8188. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization—and no exceptions will be made after the 3-day window.
- Refunds will be issued for the item price + applicable sales tax.
